Has high-exploit-potential as a PhD candidate grad-student researcher/slave for any university program, but aspires to study with Judith Butler in the Rhetoric program at UC Berkeley. Consequently thinks about and discusses gender and sex more often than most non-academics are strictly comfortable with. Adores the feminist blogsphere and spends many hours reading there daily. Recently finished a BA in Psychology at Naropa University and is currently pursuing a MA in IndoTibetan Buddhism. Plans to attain a PhD by age 45.  Wants to write, wants to publish, wants to teach.

Aspires to do something meaningful with her life, often neglects to notice the meaningful work in which she is presently engaged.  Maintains a very sketchily-consistent naggingly persistent spiritual practice combining physical activities with mindfulness and inactivity with meditation, but is very skeptical of the whole enterprise because a healthy skepticism of oneself, one's progress, and one's path is a necessary/vital element of genuinely transformative pursuits. Currently enjoying a refreshing bout of atheism. Intends to find a full blossoming of Queer Dharma and seeks to articulate it clearly.

Tends to throw wine&cheese parties, but is equally fond of beer&chips. Enjoys cooking vegan soups, stews, curries, stir-fries, and other dishes influenced by the flavors of India, China, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, and Mexico, as filtered/delivered through the watered-down palate of American restaurants.  But is not a vegan, just a conscious omnivore.

Is in love, like water in water, like breath in air.  Not in love with, but in love--an immersion in being.
